I have been meditating for 20 years, mainly because it makes me feel good. I feel more alive and life is more enjoyable. When I worked in a busy office 20 years ago, I would always meditate before work. However challenging my day was it always felt easier if I had taken the time in the morning to meditate. It soon became a lifelong habit.
I then worked for years as an Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Coach and Stress Management Consultant with my work taking me to West End offices, celebrity homes, surgeries, and yoga retreat centers. This kind of work is naturally very meditative and it is easy to maintain a state of peace and calm all day.
I started teaching Meditation 10 years ago because I wanted my clients to also be able to obtain this feeling of peace and calm for themselves.
I now balance my time between looking after my family, hosting Meditation classes and taking private sessions with clients over the phone or Skype.
